Hen nights are supposed to be fun... so here is a little game you can play whilst on your hen night.
It is a dares game and the bride-to-be has to complete the check list by the end of the hen's weekend.
1. Dance with a bald man
2. Kiss the first guy who speaks to you
3. Serenade someone
4. Blow kisses to strangers
5. Dance on a table
6. Collect three mens phone numbers
7. Drink three shots in one
8. Wink at a guy and lick your lips
9. Remove your bra without leaving the room.
10. Collect a pair of men's boxers.

How to plan a Dancing Hen Night - step by step
We know from experience that planning a top hen night is never easy! So to help you and your bride we have put together ten simple Dancing Hen Night steps to help you plan the best hen night you can with us.
1. Ask the bride:
Ultimately a hen night is for the bride so you need to make sure she will enjoy it. If she loves 'Dirty Dancing' (like most girls do) then this is perfect! Ask her would she prefer 1 nights or 2? So that you can perhaps plan something else while you are in London. This avoids making any wrong choices from the off!
2. Collect numbers:
Ask the bride for a list of invitees and their relevant contact details.
Make a note of any guests who are pregnant, vegetarians or those unable to travel. As a general rule the more that attend the cheaper it becomes and this is why we offer our special hen night packages.
* TOP TIP - for every girl attending ask for a small deposit, this encourages everyone to actually attend and not change their minds last minute! It also makes it easier for you to get confirmations!
3. Do it yourself:
Although it may take a lot of time and research, designing the perfect hen party yourself will work out a lot cheaper and allow you to personalise the day .
T-shirts, dressing up - go all out the more unique the party is, the more it will be talked about and remembered.
4. Pick a great location:
Well we can help you there, our location is great because its central and easy to reach, positioned near Covent Garden sp plenty to do after, like go to a London Jazz club, or out for dinner. Plus we use an exclusive Dance Studio (previously used by the likes of Cheryl Cole!)
5. Source accommodation:
If your plans involve a night away it is probably easier if you sort the accommodation for the whole group. This way you can keep the group close together and have the potential to save pennies by sharing rooms.
6. Keep track of costs:
Keep a log of all costs so you can work out exactly how much the weekend will cost per head. We will give you a Dancing Hen Night cost per head to keep this simple for you.
Organise lift shares for the group, ask everyone to pay a little bit extra so you can organise a kitty for the night out, negotiate entrance fees for clubs or activities and be cheeky when talking to suppliers! You never know what freebies might get thrown in.
7. Send out a plan by email & collect money:
Keep everyone informed by regular email contact.
The more information you include on the email, the easier the hen party will run.
Once you are happy with the plan, confirm numbers and tally up the cost per head. The sooner people know the full cost the easier it is for everyone to budget.
Always ask for a small deposit or you can even ask party goers to pay their money directly into your bank account so you can cover deposits and supplies in advance.
Another idea, have you thought about covering the cost for the hen? If it’s a large group you might be able to cover the brides cost by all paying an extra £5 which could be a nice touch?
8. Games:
No hen night would be the same without some outrageous fun and games. Why not theme it and produce a Dirty Dancing quiz on your way to the studio!
9. Fancy dress:
Come on girls – no hen do should be without a spot of fancy dress.
10. Confirm everything!
To avoid any slip ups on the day, do a quick call around the week before to check everything is in order. Email everyone a final confirmation!
With these top tips your hen weekend should be as smooth as Johnny Castles Dance moves!!!

"It was a complete surprise that at my Dancing Hen Party I was going to be dancing with the former stars from the West End musical Dirty Dancing!
From the moment I walked into the dance studio we were greeted with a glass of bubbles and 2 very handsome Leading Men, I was in heaven.
It was so much fun all the girls dancing together and I don't think we have all laughed that much for years, we didn't stop.
I also got to do the famous 'Baby' back bend!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a lot of fun and a memory that will last forever.
Thanks for a fantastic Dancing Hen Do!!"

Team Building
Building a good team is the single most important thing a Manager can do to achieve a successful project.
With the right attitude, a team will overcome almost any difficulty to succeed in its goals.
Even when there is no pressure, the team's spirit and enthusiasm will be reflected in the quality of the solution and the extent to which other people buy-in to it.
There is a whole area of academic study and practical experience about building good teams. Business psychologists present many theories concerning the way in which people interact.

Your team will get the chance to socialize on this "away-day" at an activity that anyone could enjoy - with previous experience not required.

Where did the hen night come from?
The term 'hen party' comes from the word 'henna,' which is a symbolic ritual that takes place the night before a traditional wedding in the Middle East.
This is where the 'henna tattoo' is applied to the bride to keep away the 'evil eye' and believed to purify the bride the night before the wedding.
The party itself was modeled on the classic 'bachelor party' and was introduced to our society during a period when the sexual revolution started in the 1960's, and gender equality became big news to us all!
Terms used for this type of party are know as the following:
Bachelorette party
Hen party
Hen do
Hen weekend
Hen night
Stagette
Girls night
Kitchen tea
The party is usually thrown by the maid of honor and can be these days anything from a meals out to pamper parties and paintballing! Basically any opportunity where females can bond!
So we came up with a Dancing Hen Night to tick all boxes.
We provide a great location where a group of ladies can come and enjoy a dance session with a hunky dance instructor.
Not forgetting to throw in a few drinks and nibbles to give you and your friends one fantastic hen night! All captured on film to treasure forever!
What better way to give your bride to be the perfect hen party!
